Tuscan ribollita (bread and vegetable soup) is a typical traditional Tuscan dish based on stale bread, vegetables and beans. Our artisanal soup is prepared every Tuesday of the week and placed inside the food-grade plastic tray ready to be shipped the same day with our temperature-controlled refrigerated packaging, entrusting the box to the express courier for delivery which usually takes place on day after. Its cooking time is 4 hours on low heat. It is different from bread soup in that it is boiled twice.
Bread , cannellini beans, carrots, potatoes, savoy cabbage, black cabbage, cauliflower, celery , water, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Produced in a facility that uses celery, gluten and sulfites.

Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days of the production date.
