Birra Riappala 2.0 America Ipa (DDH). Alcohol content 6.5%. This is an unpasteurized Tuscan craft beer with explosive citrus aromas, the modern version of the Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino. Golden colour, with a tropical fruity aroma (mango), citrus (cedar), light caramel, a slim body and a strong and persistent bitter final taste. The company produces an extensive line of top- and bottom-fermented beers. The production includes a line of continuous products, always available with Anglo-Saxon, Belgian and German inspiration. Recommended serving temperature 8-12 °C.
