Ragù Mila, a specialty of the Boutique, is a Tuscan pork ragù based on genuine and carefully chosen raw materials, from beef and pork, through tomato pulp up to mixed vegetables and spices. Ingredients
70% beef, pork, tomato pulp and concentrate, olive oil, mixed vegetables in variable proportions ( celery , carrot, shallot, garlic), iodized salt, wine, spices, aromatic herbs.
