The production of salted raw ham is made possible by commitment and respect for the Tuscan food tradition. It's a cut of pork. The pigs are chosen only if born and raised in Tuscany. The salting of this Tuscan cured meat is done dry with the use of sea salt, pepper and natural flavorings typical of our region. The maturation takes place in well-ventilated environments for 10/12 months. The resulting flavor is characteristic of artisanal cured meats . All our products are gluten-free.
