Organic pea puree, ideal for a dish rich in proteins (like many legumes). A sort of velvety, healthy and nutritious. To prepare, simply pour the puree and an equal quantity of water into a container. Heat everything, stirring, salt and season with extra virgin olive oil or butter. If you wish, you can also add small pasta cooked separately and a sprinkling of cheese.

Shelled peas (85%), water, salt. From organic farming.

Glass jar and metal cap.
storage
Keep in a cold and dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days.
