This artisanal Tuscan puree is made with first choice organic tomatoes and picked by hand so that the fruits are all ripe to the right point, the harvest is carried out in our fields. In addition to being used to prepare gravies and sauces, it is recommended as a topping for pizzas, as fresh juice (seasoned with oil, pepper and salt) or as a base for gazpacho. After being harvested, the tomato is processed within a few hours at low temperature to obtain an exquisite puree puree, a special thick tomato juice with a unique aroma.
