I Paccheri: artisan pasta made from Italian durum wheat semolina, cooking time 8-10 minutes. Craftsmanship, flavour, tradition: the three most precious ingredients of Pastificio Romeo's paccheri. This type of Tuscan pasta is ideal for all sauces: from the simplest to the most elaborate. Artisan Paccheri are bronze drawn to maintain all the typical "roughness" of artisanal pasta.
