

The small organic variegated lentils from Podere Pereto are small Italian legumes with a varied color and very thin skin and a very intense flavour. Easy to cook, organic legumes have a strong aroma and are suitable for many dishes: both in soups, or with pasta or other cereals. Also good when paired with vegetables and especially with fish. Before cooking, soak the dried lentils for 5 hours. Then pour them into cold water and cook them for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt.
