Organic Pitted Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGT Costa Toscana: An organic Tuscan oil with a green color and brilliant gold shades. Penetrating nose of artichoke, mint and sage with notes of cut grass. This Italian oil has great intensity in the mouth, with pleasantly balanced bitter and spicy notes and a long finish. The olives used for the production of this variant, Pitted (the stone is removed before pressing), are cleaned of leaves and other external material, washed and processed within 3 hours of harvesting in our mill. An extra virgin olive oil rich in natural antioxidants present in greater quantities than traditional oils, generous with beneficial effects for our body, for example it fights free radicals responsible for the aging of cells, and protects against diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Cultivars used: Frantoio 55%, Razzo 20% and Leccino 20% Moraiolo 5% Harvest: manual and mechanical between October and November 2023/2024.
Store in a clean, dry place, away from odors. Consume within 18 months from the bottling date
