The blackberries with hazelnuts are a variant of the classic Tuscan cantucci. Cocoa powder is added to the mixture which makes the cantuccio a dark color and gives it the classic smell of cocoa. Type "00" wheat flour, sugar, hazelnuts 14%, eggs , milk , fresh cream , butter 5%, cocoa powder 4%, pastry syrup 16% vol (hydrated alcohol, sugar, vegetable infusions, coloring E100), honey, leavening agents: (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), ammonium bicarbonate, flavourings, natural flavourings.
