Lentils are rich in vegetable proteins, contain carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, especially A, B1, B2, C, mineral salts such as calcium, potassium and iron. Soup with Italian cereals can be cooked without soaking. Pour approximately 200 grams of soup into 1.8 liters of salted water. Add a glass of tomato puree and 4 chopped garlic cloves.
