Artisan pasta made from 100% organic semi-wholemeal durum wheat semolina, Tuscan origin, cooking time 11 minutes. Senatore Cappelli linguine is a Tuscan pasta produced by Pastificio Fabbri. From ancient wheat we obtain a flour, the "semolina", which is less refined than semolina and nourishes more completely thanks to the higher fiber and vitamin content. Its characteristic is high digestibility. This pasta format goes well with delicate sauces based on aromatic herbs. Genoese pesto or bechamel flavored with ginger, lemon and saffron. The wheat is ground so that it does not heat up during grinding, maintaining the organoleptic properties of the semolina unaltered.
