Pure pork sausage is obtained by mincing pork: the lean parts, chopped and mixed with salt, garlic, pepper and oil. A natural pig casing is filled with this mixture and then tied. All Tuscan cured meats produced by Davide Balestri are gluten-free. Made in an artisanal way, worked with skill and experience, these are typical Tuscan products selected for you.
