Amber Glaux Belgian Ale. Alcoholic strength: 6.5%, 33cl. It is an unpasteurized craft beer (pure malt) made with organic methods by the Opificio Birraio, in the province of Pisa. It is a slightly opaque amber colored beer with a fruity aroma. A soft and persuasive beer. On the nose it is reminiscent of hazelnut, caramel, chestnut honey and dried fruit, with balsamic hints together with spicy notes. To be paired with first courses with rich and spicy sauces, red meats, stewed wild boar, deer fillet, grilled beef and pork, mature cheeses. Recommended serving temperature 8-12 °C.
