Tuscan crostini & truffle
A good artisanal sauce characteristic of our land, the Tuscan crostini and truffle, made with fresh and genuine ingredients, processed in an artisanal way. Revised recipe with the addition of truffles, for all fans. The main ingredient is chicken livers. Ideal as an appetizer, to be heated and spread on toasted bread (such as crostini), perhaps slightly moistened with hot broth.
Ingredients
Chicken livers, chicken meat, onions, extra virgin olive oil, capers in vinegar, pickled cucumbers, truffle seasoning (olive oil, flavouring) 3%, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 2%, wine, liqueur, salt, white wine, garlic, pepper, marjoram, sage.
Packaging
Glass jar and metal cap.
storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from odors. After opening, store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4 °C and consume within a few days.
