The pear jam, created according to tradition by Corsini Sandra, is ideal to taste in the morning for breakfast spread on a slice of bread, or accompanied by fresh cow or goat cheeses . A nice contrast if served with a seasoned or medium-aged pecorino. Look at the other variations such as pear and chocolate , or pear and cinnamon . Delicate and enveloping, it will satisfy your taste.
Ingredients
Pears 75%, sugar 25%.
Packaging
Glass jar and metal lid.
storage
Store in a cool, clean place, away from odors. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
