The caserecce from Pastificio Romeo are a Tuscan pasta made from durum wheat semolina, made with artisanal methods out of passion. Cooking time 5 to 7 minutes. It is a type of short Tuscan pasta that goes well with any type of sauce and seasoning, from meat or fish to vegetable-based ones. Casarecce are bronze drawn to maintain all the typical "roughness" of an excellent artisanal pasta which must retain the seasoning or sauce.
