The grilled artichokes with summer truffle are produced by Nacci Tartufi, a historic company from San Miniato. This traditional and simple recipe is made with the most sought after vegetable, the artichoke. Carefully selected and grilled a few hours after harvesting and preserved in sunflower seed oil (in oil). The presence of the summer truffle adds that extra touch. It can be served as a cold side dish for meat or fish dishes, as a rich and tasty appetizer, or as an addition to salads, pizzas, bruschetta, crostini and savory pies. It is also a gourmet truffle-based solution suitable for vegetarian dishes.
Ingredients
Grilled artichokes, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt.
Packaging
Glass jar and metal cap.
storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from odors. After opening, store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4 °C and consume within 14 days.
