Wheat flour type "00", sugar, dried figs min 14% (figs, rice flour), eggs , wholemeal spelled flour, milk , butter 5%, fortified wine 4% (14% vol, contains sulphites), honey , anise seeds, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, flavourings, natural flavourings. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, eggs, cereals and their derivatives.
