Unpasteurized organic Blanche wheat beer made from barley and raw wheat. Alcoholic strength: 5%. A beer from the Opificio Birraio artisan Toscana, with a spicy and aromatic aroma. With a slightly opaque white colour, the taste of this beer is reminiscent of coriander and orange peel. Ideal to pair with shellfish, fish and fresh cheeses. The Opificio Birrario is an Italian brewery, that is, it produces all the ingredients needed to make beer (malt and hops) directly from its own fields. Recommended serving temperature 8-12 °C.
