La Brama dell'Opificio Birraio is an unpasteurized Tuscan craft beer, with a spicy and aromatic aroma, a slightly opaque white colour, the taste of this beer is reminiscent of coriander and orange peel. Ideal to pair with shellfish, fish and fresh cheeses. The Opificio Birrario produces all the ingredients needed directly from its own fields. Recommended serving temperature 8-12 °C.
