The castagnaccio biscuit, made with chestnut flour and sultanas. A rustic biscuit, large in size, which reminds us of the tradition of Tuscan artisan pastry making. Soft and full-bodied, sweet and sober to be enjoyed after meals or to be combined with good Vin Santo, or also ideal for breakfast. The Biscottificio Pasquinucci produces exclusive baked products.
Ingredients
Wheat flour "00", butter 12% , eggs , sugar, chestnut flour 11%, sultanas 10% (grapes, partially hydrogenated oil (rapeseed)), preservative sulfur dioxide (E220), walnut 10% pastry syrup 16% vol (hydrated alcohol, sugar, natural flavourings, coloring E100), honey, raising agents, (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), ammonium bicarbonate, flavourings, natural flavourings. May contain soy.
