Podere Pereto's organic barley and pea soup is based on organic cereals and legumes. Italian cereals ready to be cooked for 35 minutes in water. Does not require soaking. It goes well with cheese and fresh cream, with diced smoked scamorza. Add 200 grams of soup in 1.8 liters of salted water, add a large finely chopped onion and cook over moderate heat for 35 minutes.
