Artisan semi-wholemeal pasta from Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, 100% organic Tuscan origin, cooking time 10 minutes. The Tortiglioni from Pastificio Fabbri are a type of light and highly digestible Tuscan pasta. Ideal to accompany tomato sauces such as arrabbiata. Also perfect for a dish of baked pasta au gratin made with tomato and bechamel. From this variety a flour is obtained , the "semolina", less refined than semolina. Its nutrition is greater thanks to the fiber and vitamin content. Dietary fibers help provide a feeling of satiety, lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Produced with semolina obtained from Tuscan grains in which only the quality of the gluten contained within is sought and not the quantity of this.
