Garlic (40.9%), extra virgin olive oil (35.5%), white vinegar, ( sulphites ), chilli pepper (1.3%) Produced in a factory that uses celery, gluten and sulphites.

storage
Store in a dry and clean place, away from light. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
