It is the perfect organic rice for salads and soups, very good even seasoned with a drizzle of good oil. A wholesome and genuine artisanal organic brown rice that comes from the nature of the beautiful and rich Maremma. It has a higher fiber content which helps digestion and gut health. The calorie content is also much lower than classic Carnaroli rice and therefore wholemeal rice can be easily consumed by those following a diet. There is no trace of salt, so it is also suitable for those suffering from hypertension. For the production of our rice we follow strict organic standards and no herbicides, pesticides or fungicides are used.
