It comes from the liver of the raw material of Cinta Senese pigs, raised wildly by the Azienda Agricola Il Ruscello. The pork meat cooked for a long time with tomato, anchovies, carrot and celery, gives life to a cream with a rustic and strong flavour. Ideal to pair with traditional Tuscan dishes or as the protagonist of a good aperitif.
