Pennette: artisanal pasta made from Italian durum wheat semolina, cooking time 5-7 minutes. A short Tuscan pasta shape that satisfies both adults and children is spicy penne. For a traditional dish with an edge with the addition of chilli pepper, garlic and parsley grown in Tuscany. A product without colorings and flavourings. The “Chilli, Garlic and Parsley” pennette are to be seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and good tasty cow's cheese, in order to recreate the classic “Garlic, oil and chilli” dish.
