Bronze drawn and slowly dried, this type of pasta is ideal for any type of sauce, from vegetable-based ones to full-bodied cheese-based ones. Artisan macaroni, bronze drawn to maintain all the typical "roughness" of an excellent artisan pasta which must "hold" any type of sauce and/or seasoning.
