Seasonal Pale Ale beer, the first 100% Tuscan. Alcoholic strength: 4.6%. Birra Demetra is an organic , unpasteurized craft beer. Produced with cereals (barley) and hops from our fields. Delicate and floral on the nose, it is soft, rich and balanced in the mouth with notes of acacia honey, citrus fruits, white flowers. This beer is the result of years of commitment by the Opificio Birraio, the first product in the history of the brewery in the province of Pisa. Demetra is light and delicate and adapts to everyone's taste. Pairings: fresh cheeses, salads, rice salads, pasta with basil pesto, savory pies, chicken carpaccio. risottos with fresh fruit or vegetables, pea cream soup, courgettes. Recommended serving temperature 6-8 °C.
