The extra virgin olive oil of the Il Ruscello farm is made in the Nuovo Frantoio di Chianni, among the green Tuscan hills. A high quality product made according to tradition. A pure classic Tuscan cold-pressed oil with a fruity flavour. Also good on toasted bruschetta. An oil obtained through a continuous extraction system at a controlled temperature, and the traditional pressing with presses, where the olives are pressed only once without resorting to heat. In this way the oil is allowed to emerge spontaneously, maintaining all the aroma and flavor characteristics of the fruit unchanged.
