VERDOLIVA
Organic PGI extra virgin olive oil. An organic Tuscan oil with a pungent flavor of white pepper, almond, tomato, and aromatic herbs, rich in polyphenols. An Italian oil with bitter and fruity flavors. The bottle is tinted to protect the PGI extra virgin olive oil from sunlight. Olive groves are located on west-facing hillsides in the municipality of Casciana Terme-Lari. The pruning system is polyconic vase-shaped. Harvesting is entirely manual, with pressing beginning within 4 hours of harvest at a select PGI mill. The oil comes in an elegant packaging specially selected by the Verdoliva Farm to best showcase the freshness of this prized organic product. Packaging
Glass bottle. Store in a clean, dry place, away from odors. Consume within 18 months of bottling.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Optimal temperature: 12-18°C. Humidity: 70-80%.
