VERDOLIVA
Organic PGI extra virgin olive oil. An organic Tuscan oil with a pungent flavor of white pepper, almond, tomato, and aromatic herbs, rich in polyphenols. A blend of bitter and fruity flavors. The bottle is darkened to protect the oil from sunlight. Olive groves are located on west-facing hillsides in the municipality of Casciana Terme-Lari. The pruning system is polyconic vase-shaped. Harvesting is entirely manual, with pressing beginning within 4 hours of harvest at a select PGI mill. Packaging
Glass bottle. Store in a clean, dry place, away from odors. Consume within 18 months of bottling.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Optimal temperature: 12-18°C. Humidity: 70-80%.
