The (minced) pork livers, a typical dish of Tuscan artisanal gastronomy (cooked cooked in lard and ready to be heated and served at the table. The heat of the fire will melt the lard. Made with fresh pork, flavored with various spices we offer two versions. This tray is made up of three minced "livers" (the minced meat is rigatino, liver and shoulder). Ingredients

Pork: rigatino (fresh belly), shoulder, liver, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and Tuscan spices. Gluten and lactose free.

Packaging
