Erede Brut classic method, VSQ (min. 36 months in wine). A dry yellow sparkling wine made with 100% Tuscan Trebbiano, with light green reflections, fine perlage, light flavor and persistent notes. Its scent is strong, intense and fresh with fruity touches of peach and apple, delicately combined with the fragrance of white flowers. The clean and harmonious flavour, characterized by perfect acidity, closes with a pleasant finish of bread crust . The sparkling wine and wine are produced by Cupelli di San Miniato.

Grapes:	100% Tuscan Trebbiano.
Winemaking:	soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures in cement vats.
Alcohol:	12%.
Fermentation:	second fermentation in the bottle with permanence on the yeasts for at least 36 months.
Refinement:	in the bottle for at least 3 months after disgorgement.
Service Temp	6°C – 8°C.
