Special sauces made with first choice ingredients: cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil, home-grown vegetables, as well as cultivated and wild aromatic herbs. These organic sauces are defined as "concentrated" because they undergo different processes (such as sun drying or drying in the shade) a final product is obtained that is denser, tastier and more preservable. To be used at room temperature (no need to heat them), either on our Bun Burgers or as condiments for pasta (diluted with extra virgin olive oil, 1 jar per 500 g), or on canapés, crostini, bruschetta and meat.

Caper sauce : capers, dried tomatoes, olives, chilli pepper, Greek basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt. Dances with Wolves sauce : pumpkin, porcini mushrooms, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
