The fried slices of meat with tomato are prepared in this way: floured and dipped in beaten egg, then passed on breadcrumbs and then fried in olive oil. Finally cooked in tomato sauce. Prepared by Davide Balestri's butcher's shop, ready to be simply heated over a low heat for a few minutes and then served hot with a good Tuscan red wine .
Veal, egg , breadcrumbs , grated parmesan , tomato pulp, capers , extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper. (the cut of the thigh varies between silverside, scannello, cimal, sottonoce). Gluten-free product.
