Caprifoglia bianca, a fresh cheese made from pure organic goat's milk, with vegetable rennet, naturally low in lactose. A brie-type format with a white and velvety rind, with a creamy texture with an aromatic and sweet flavour, very light and digestible. Its fresh and firm texture makes it suitable for multiple uses in the kitchen, it pairs well with a baguette or crackers and fresh fruit, cured meats and olives and white wine. A unique Tuscan artisan goat product.

Vacuum packed. To be consumed preferably within 60 days.
