The spelled biscuit is a classic of artisanal baked pastries. The typical Tuscan desserts produced by the Biscottificio Pasquinucci are excellent and characteristic. In this case we valorise spelt, wheat imported into Italy by the Greek people. Over time it has maintained its original structure, thus remaining unchanged and retaining all the properties that characterize it. Ideal for sports diets, rich in beneficial properties for our body and fibre. It contains very few calories and with a low glycemic index, it is an excellent ally for those suffering from diabetes. The biscuit is garnished with an apricot or blackberry puree.

May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, eggs, cereals and their derivatives.
