Tuscan Salami is a cured sausage made of pork and spices, it has a red color and an intense and marked aroma and flavour. It is obtained by processing some parts of the pig, in particular the lean part is obtained from the thigh and shoulder, while the fatty part is obtained from the back. This format has a large slice, we recommend cutting with a blade, to fully enjoy the flavor of the salami. Davide Balestri creates typical artisanal gluten-free Tuscan cured meats.

Pork, salt, sugars: dextrose and sucrose. spices and flavourings, antioxidants: E252, E250. Gluten and lactose free.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Store cool and away from light, product lasts 180 days. If correctly stored, the product maintains its organoleptic, nutritional and hygienic characteristics unchanged until the expiry date shown on the label.
