Walnut cake is a cake made with shortcrust pastry, honey and walnuts. It is a typically autumnal dessert, served during the Christmas holidays. A great cake rediscovered by our master pastry chef Enrico Pasquinucci, who with his typical Tuscan desserts re-proposes a traditional dish in a modern and refined way, with all artisanal products. Rich and tasty, in addition to delighting our palate, it also satisfies and provides substance and nourishment to our organism.
