The nocino biscuit is an artisanal Tuscan product, made by the Biscottificio Pasquinucci which has long been producing artisanal baked pastries which stand out for the great choice and originality of the products. A rustic dough complete with light chocolate chips and Italian walnuts characterized by a soft but not too soft consistency, with its strong, marked and unique flavour, the walnut biscuit adds a variation to offer at the table, at any time of the day.

Type “00” wheat flour, butter 12%, eggs , sugar, walnuts min 8%, dark chocolate chips 3% (cocoa min 45%, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: lecithins - E 476, flavourings ), pastry syrup 16% vol (hydrated alcohol, sugar, natural flavourings, coloring E 110), honey, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, flavourings, natural flavourings. May contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, eggs, cereals and their derivatives.
