Cenci, or "Carnival chiacchiere," or frappe, are a typical Tuscan delicacy associated with Carnival. A cornerstone of our pastry chef Enrico Pasquinucci's creation, his skill offers our palates perfect, unsurpassed, and unique cenci. Their crispy, fried dough makes them truly irresistible. This very thin and crumbly dessert is typically fried and dusted with powdered sugar. They can be covered in honey, cocoa, or alchermes and served with dark chocolate.
