Puy's speckled lentils are a particular and territorial variety of dried lentils, Italian legumes made with organic methods by Podere Pereto. An ingredient widely used by great chefs in their preparations, speckled lentils are dark green, with shades tending towards blue-black. These organic legumes maintain their consistency even after cooking. Very creamy and rich in slightly peppery flavor in the mouth. Good in soups and pasta, also to be combined with vegetables and fish.
