Pearled spelled from Podere Pereto: healthy and nutritious cereals produced using organic farming methods. This type of organic cereal does not have the external protective cuticle and therefore requires shorter cooking times than the hulled one. Ideal for quick salads based on grilled vegetables but also very good creamed as a risotto. Spelled is an ancient cereal, also cultivated by the ancient Etruscans.
