Organic extra virgin olive oil from the Il Ruscello di Chianni farm. A high-quality Tuscan product made in Chianni, nestled in the green Tuscan hills. This cold-pressed oil uses a continuous, temperature-controlled extraction system and traditional pressing, where the olives are pressed only once without heat. This allows the oil to emerge spontaneously, preserving all the fruit's characteristic aroma and flavor. The family of Guido, the company's founder, maintains and tends the numerous hectares of land dedicated to olive groves, as well as others dedicated to the free-range breeding of Cinta Senese DOP cattle.

Superior category olive oil, harvested in 2024/2025. Cultivars: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino. 100% extra virgin olive oil produced (bottled and packaged) with our own olives.
