What is Poke:

Poke is a traditional dish of Hawaiian cuisine, characterized by pieces of marinated raw fish, usually tuna or salmon, served on a base of rice and enriched with a variety of condiments and fresh accompaniments, in bowls called bowls (hence poke bowls). Originally a quick and healthy meal eaten by Hawaiian fishermen, poke has gained popularity around the world due to its freshness and versatility.

1. Salmon Poke with Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Start with a base of sushi rice cooked al dente and left to cool. Cut the salmon into cubes and marinate it with fresh lemon juice, a pinch of sea salt and a drizzle of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil for at least 15 minutes. Place the marinated salmon on top of the rice and add thin slices of red onion and carrots, diced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes. Finish with a splash of soy sauce and fresh basil leaves.

Cook the Chianina steak to the desired point and let it cool slightly before cutting it into thin slices. 5. Octopus Poke with Cherry Tomatoes and Rocket:

Prepare a base of cooked Venere rice following the instructions on the package and let it cool slightly.
